Homeowners Fellowship

Our new Breaking Ground homeowners consistently report that investing in a home is a "big deal" that carrries heavy weight and responsibility. In order to assuage some of the fears surrounding first time ownership and offer practical support, Breaking Ground started the Homeowners Fellowship, which covers topics important to new homeowners. The program provides a unique and practical way to support our individual homeowners while helping build community.

Topics have included:

• lawn care
• tax information
• how to start a block club
• construction material resources

The Homeowners Fellowship meets every three months at Breaking Ground.
